Driving evidence-based insights, shaping impactful change.
With over a decade of experience in independent social research and programme evaluation, I co-lead onEvidence, an organisation dedicated to delivering actionable insights for public, private, and third-sector clients. My expertise spans community-based participatory research, evaluation frameworks, and research impact strategies that drive meaningful change.
At onEvidence, we work with national and regional charities, universities, and local government to conduct high-impact evaluations, strategic reviews, and training programmes focused on tackling violence, abuse, and exploitation. Our expertise in safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion ensures that our research and assessments drive informed decision-making, strengthen education initiatives, and support organisations in delivering meaningful, evidence-based interventions.
Current Projects:

A strategic research exercise for Greater Manchester Combined Authority

A community-based participatory study with University of Bradford to develop training for police

A comprehensive evaluation for Savera UK
We’re also developing new conceptual tools, including the Hybrid Decentralised Extremist Networks (HDEN) framework, to help practitioners respond to emerging online harms that defy traditional models of radicalisation and exploitation.
Our work is defined by methodological rigour, cultural competency, and evidence-led decision-making. If you're seeking expert evaluation services, bespoke research strategies, or actionable policy insights, let's connect.
